ALL BOOKINGS THAT ARE MADE WITH BOND VIVEUR ARE MADE UPON AND SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL BOOKINGS THAT ARE MADE WITH BOND VIVEUR ARE MADE UPON AND SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
These Terms and Conditions are legally binding. BOND VIVEUR refers to the legally registered business under the name Rory Mark Bond – BOND VIVEUR – A FOOD EXPERIENCE. The Client refers to the individual, company, or any party responsible for booking and confirming the service.
By confirming a booking with BOND VIVEUR, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. -
BOND VIVEUR provides:
Personal / Private Chef Experiences
Cookery Classes (private or group)
Grocery Concierge & Provisioning Services
Services are delivered to a high professional standard, aligned with UK/EU food safety and hospitality expectations.

2.1 Enquiries
A booking is not confirmed until BOND VIVEUR issues written acceptance (email is sufficient).2.2 Deposits
A refundable (see 4 - CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS) deposit is required to secure all bookings:Personal / Private Chef Experiences: 30% - 50% dependent upon event booked
Cookery Classes: 30%
Grocery Concierge: Dependent upon order size.
A booking is secure only once the deposit has cleared.
2.3 Balance Payments
The remaining balance must be paid 14 calendar days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing or alternative arrangements have been made.
2.4 Short-Notice Bookings
For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is due at the time of confirmation. -
Prices include Chef Fee; menu design; ingredients costs; pre-preparation where required; cooking; clear down; travel; agreed services; additional staff; equipment hire (if required), and bespoke requirements where requested / required.
Payments must be made by bank transfer or a method approved in advance, in writing.
Price changes due to supplier or market shifts will never be applied without Client confirmation.

Client Cancellations
As there is a high demand and limited availability for BOND VIVEUR’s services a strict cancellation policy applies as other business opportunites may be compromised. In case of cancellation by The Client, the following applies:45 days or more before the booking date = 10% of the total cost + any admin, bank or third party costs.
28 > 44 days before the booking date = 50% of the cost + any admin, bank and third party costs.
28 days or less before the booking date = 100% payable.
Cancellations by BOND VIVEUR
If BOND VIVEUR must cancel due to emergency, illness, or events outside control, a full refund will be issued. An alternative date or chef may be offered where possible.Amendments
Menu changes, timing adjustments, and guest number updates must be made 72 hours in advance. Major changes may alter pricing.
All cancellations must be made in writing.Please note that refunds may take between 3 to 5 business days to process after the date of cancellation.

Facilities & Access
The Client must ensure safe access and functional kitchen facilities unless otherwise arranged.Health & Safety
Children and pets must be supervised. BOND VIVEUR is not liable for accidents caused by unsupervised individuals entering work areas.Dietary Requirements
All allergies, intolerances, and dietary needs must be disclosed prior to the booking. Allergen-free guarantees cannot be given due to supplier factors.Conduct
Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

BOND VIVEUR Liability
BOND VIVEUR holds Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance applicable within the UK and EU. Liability is limited to the value of the contracted service as permitted by law.Client Liability
The Client is responsible for:Damage caused by guests
Venue-related issues preventing service
Consequences of undisclosed allergies or misinformation
Force Majeure
BOND VIVEUR is not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control (weather, transport issues, supplier problems, etc.). -
If certain ingredients are unavailable due to market or supply issues, suitable alternatives will be used that maintain the quality and integrity of the agreed menu.

Minimum age requirements apply unless agreed in writing.
The Client is responsible for participant conduct and safety.
Recipes and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of BOND VIVEUR and may not be sold or commercially distributed.

Procurement budgets must be pre-approved.
Receipts available on request.
Responsibility for perishable items passes to the Client upon delivery.

BOND VIVEUR operates with complete discretion, especially for UHNW, VIP, and high-profile Clients.
Confidentiality
All personal, household, commercial, and security-sensitive information is treated as strictly confidential.Non-Disclosure Agreements
BOND VIVEUR will sign Client-issued NDA’s when required. NDAs can be extended to additional staff or assistants involved in the service.Information Handling
Information is only disclosed where required by UK/EU law and only to the extent necessary. -
BOND VIVEUR may capture non-identifiable images of food, ingredients, tableware, and general styling for marketing and portfolio use.
No identifiable details—faces, décor, personal items, or anything revealing the Client’s identity or location—will ever be captured or shared without explicit written permission.

All Client information is stored and handled securely in line with UK GDPR and relevant EU data-protection regulations.
Data is never sold or shared outside operational necessity.
