I bring the restaurant experience directly to you, so you can simply sit back and relax in the comfort of your villa, boat or home.

The best way to describe my food? A reflection of my personality: colourful - exciting - slightly hedonistic - exotic – visual, with a dash of unpredictability! The result of living on a small Greek island for the past 19 years, combined with my Anglo-Caribbean heritage, a fusion of English eccentricity with a laidback, live life-to-the full vibe!

As a self-taught Chef / Cook (Alchemist??), I love to combine flavours and cooking techniques, resulting in dishes bursting with explosions of colour, flavour and texture, designed to send all of the senses on a culinary journey, served in my signature style: “Social Eating” - plates, bowls and platters for sharing, that encourage conversation, engagement and interaction - all important elements to the enjoyment of food.

Cooking for other people is highly personal, intimate and an act of nourishment. It is a privilege to be able to share this with other people from all walks of life, backgrounds and cultures. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and taking your senses on a culinary adventure of discovery.

LOCATION! LOCATON! LOCATION! : Whether you are in Kefalonia in a villa, on a yacht or your own home, I travel to you. I cover the whole island so distance and location is not a problem. NOT STAYING IN KEFALONIA? Don’t worry, I am also able to travel to other islands, especially Ithaki and the other nearby Ionian Islands, the rest of Greece or even farther afield if you so require. PROFESSIONAL: My background comprises of many, many years of working in customer service / experience, hospitality and tourism. I’ve had the pleasure of working with and cooking for a diverse, discerning clientele, so you can be assured I’m well prepared to take good care of you. However, if you are looking for a Michelin* Chef / Fine Dining Experience, then I want to be honest - I’m probably not your man unfortunately! BUT, if you are looking for a relaxed, informal, unique and authentic villa dining experience that will be a lot of fun, without any air of pretension, then I think we are going to get along absoluetly great!
