1. Bookings & deposits
All bookings are confirmed in writing once a non-refundable deposit has been received. The deposit secures your date and is deducted from the final balance. Dates remain provisional until the deposit is paid.
2. Final numbers & balance
Final guest numbers and any dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to your experience. The remaining balance is settled prior to or on the day of service, by bank transfer or cash, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Menus & sourcing
Menus are designed around the season and the best produce available on the day. BOND VIVEUR reserves the right to substitute ingredients of equivalent quality where market conditions require.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booked date forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30 days are charged at 50% of the agreed fee. Cancellations within 7 days are charged in full. Where possible, dates may be transferred subject to availability.
5. The host's responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing safe, hygienic kitchen access, running water, electricity and adequate refrigeration. Tableware, glassware and linen are the client's responsibility unless arranged in advance.
6. Liability
BOND VIVEUR carries appropriate public liability insurance. While every care is taken, BOND VIVEUR cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where guests have not disclosed known allergies in advance, or for damage to client property arising from normal kitchen use.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, illness, or transport disruption. Every effort will be made to reschedule.
8. Privacy
Personal details shared during enquiry and booking are kept private and used solely to deliver your experience. Details are never shared with third parties without consent.
9. Photography
Rory may occasionally photograph dishes for portfolio and social media use. Guests are never photographed without explicit consent.
