All menus are carefullly curated in order to showcase local and regionally sourced seasonal ingredients to their best. Dishes bursting with colour, flavour and texture that awake and excite all of the senses. Designed for sharing - “social eating” - encouraging conversation and interaction and to be enjoyed at a relaxed, unhurried pace, allowing you to properly re-connect with food and the enjoyment of eating.
Menus can be adapted to suit tastes and dietary requirements where required. All dishes are freshly prepared on-site, allowing you a unique opportunity to see, hear and smell your meal being created, a unique dining experience that is both intimate and highly personal.
