A choice of three pre-designed menus that offer a mouth-watering, aromatic trip to the Caribbean, India or Sri Lanka.
Each menu comprises of a selection of dishes created using the best authentic seasonings and spices, creating complex layers of flavour.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION

  • A minimum of 4 adults (13+) is required to book this menu. Please enquire for bookings of less than 4 adults.
  • Select one of the three menus (Caribbean, Indian or Sri Lankan). Please note - menus cannot be mixed.
  • Choose ONE dish from each course to create your personalised menu.
  • Please remember your selected dishes will be prepared for all of the group. Please advise if specific dietary requirements need to be catered for.
