FEES, Cancellation POLICY, CHanging your booking

Please be aware of the following cancellation and refund policies.

Grocery Concierge service:
Cancellations made…
At least 14 days in advance of the delivery date booked = cancellation fee of 15% of the total order cost.
If you have paid in full then you will be refunded minus the 15% plus any bank charges incurred.

Cancel 14 days or less prior to the scheduled delivery date of the order = cancellation fee of 50% of the total order cost as other business opportunities are likely to have been compromised. If you have paid in full then you will be refunded minus the 50% plus any bank charges incurred.

All deposits paid are non-refundable.
 
Personal Chef service:
Cancellations made…
At least 7 days in advance of the date booked = cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking cost. If you have paid in full then you will be refunded your payment minus the 20% + any bank / administration costs incurred.

Cancel or change the date 7 days or less than the booked date = cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost as other business opportunities are likely to have been compromised.

Should the Chef arrive at your property and no access be available then the booking will be considered cancelled. A maximum of 15 minutes waiting time will be given. You will be responsible for all costs incurred.

All deposits paid are non-refundable.
